Refund Policy

We want the Safe Enough to Be Yourself Cohort (the "Cohort") to be right for you, and we have built our refund policy around that.
The first-two-weeks guarantee
Come to the first two weeks. Show up, sit in the room, and do the work. If by the end of week two the Cohort isn't what you needed, email us and we will refund you in full. No forms, no guilt, no hard feelings. The only thing we ask is that you actually show up, because that is where it starts to work.
How to request a refund
Email drew@drewbrown.co by the end of the second week of your Cohort and let us know you would like a refund. We will confirm and process it.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made by the end of week two of your Cohort.
- We ask that you attend and participate in the first two weeks, because the guarantee is about giving the work a fair chance.
- After week two, the Cohort is non-refundable, since the bulk of the live experience is underway.
Installment and buy-now-pay-later payments
If you paid using a buy-now-pay-later provider (such as Klarna or Afterpay), an approved refund is returned through that provider, and your remaining scheduled payments are adjusted by them accordingly.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
